Information We Collect
Speedy Tech Consulting Inc. ("Speedy Tech MSP", "we", "us") collects information you provide directly when you contact us through our website forms, email, phone, or in person. This includes name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you share about your IT environment or business needs.
For practices that engage us under a Managed Services Agreement, we also collect operational information necessary to provide IT services — system configurations, network details, user accounts, and audit logs. This information is governed by the Business Associate Agreement we sign with HIPAA-covered clients.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, deliver services we've been contracted to provide, send the Monthly Ops Brief (if you've subscribed), maintain documentation required by HIPAA for our covered-entity clients, and improve our services. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
Information Sharing
We share information only with: (a) sub-processors and tool vendors necessary to deliver our services, all of whom are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms; (b) regulators or law enforcement when legally required; (c) other parties only with your explicit consent.
Data Security
We use industry-standard technical and administrative safeguards to protect information — encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, audit logging, regular risk assessments. For HIPAA-regulated client data, these controls are documented annually and available to clients on request.
Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies for basic functionality and for analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read, and Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors interact with our pages — including mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and session replay. We use these to find broken layouts and confusing navigation, not to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell this data or use it for advertising. Both are operated by Google and Microsoft respectively and process data under their own privacy policies. You can block them by disabling cookies or using a tracking blocker in your browser; public content on this site stays fully accessible either way. This does not apply to systems we manage for clients under a Managed Services Agreement — those are covered by that agreement and any applicable BAA.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. For clients under a Managed Services Agreement, additional rights and procedures are governed by that agreement and any applicable BAA.
